1. Install the latest version of Google Chrome web browser on your computer Here
2. Install App Runtime for Chrome (ARC) Welder Here
3. Download some android apps (APK). You can use the Google chrome extension (APK Downloader) or you can use websites that provide service to download APK files.
4. Launch ARC Welder and Add the APK file > select your options > "Portrait or Landscape" > “Tablet, Phone or Maximized”
5. Click “Launch App” and enjoy your favorite Android app on your desktop.
