Internet Explorer 11: The last Version of the world's most popular web browser

Internet Explorer 11 will be the last supported version along with the new Microsoft Edge browser that is partly based on it and will coexist with it for some time.

Internet Explorer is the world's most popular Web browser. Security, ease of use, and improvements in RSS, CSS, and Ajax support are Microsoft's priorities for Internet Explorer.

In one review, IE11 scored better than Google Chrome 30 and Firefox 26 in two of four benchmarks (including WebKit's SunSpider test), tied for fastest in a third benchmark, and was last in Google's V8 performance benchmark. As a result of the speed improvements, the reviewer said "if you switched to Chrome for speed alone, you're now using the wrong browser.
IE11 was also observed to use less memory with multiple tabs open than contemporary versions of Chrome and Firefox.
Faster than Chrome, Firefox & Opera; WebKit SunSpider tests browsers' JavaScript execution performance. In November 2013, a SunSpider test was run on leading browsers. The SunSpider benchmark shows Internet Explorer to be faster than other browsers tested (Chrome 28, Firefox 22, and Opera 15).
Safer and more secure: A 2014 study by NSS Labs compared the performance of five leading browsers, including Internet Explorer against 754 samples of malicious software.
IE11 showed a higher block rate (99.9%) of malware than the other browsers in the study. Internet Explorer 11:
More speed
Faster favorites
More Safety
More fluid
Than Other Famous Browsers
