After uninstalling Agnitum Outpost firewall, I tried to go to google.com in Internet explorer 11, but it failed to load, and every website I load gets stuck on the "waiting for response from website".
So, I went to Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings > Right click on my adapter > Properties.
I found that Agnitum Firewall Driver still there:
Make sure it is unchecked > OK:
And that's all, everything is back to normal.
